Step 1: Download VLC media player on your Mac/PC.

Step 2: Drag and drop the video directly onto VLC main interface.

Step 3: While playing, click Tools > Effects and Filters > Choose Video Effects tab > Check Transform box

Step 4: Now you can click on the drop-down menu to choose from those given parameters:
